From 24 to 27 September, we would like to invite you to a meditation retreat at the Wat Phra Dhammakaya Benelux in Berlin. On this retreat, we will review on all there is to know about the Dhammakaya Meditation method, also known as Middle Way Meditation. How do we restore the balance in meditation? How do we deepen our meditation experience? How do we make our daily meditation experience more pleasant?

You will have the opportunity to share your meditation experiences and ask questions to clear up any doubts. The monks will also share their meditation journeys and how the practice has helped them become more peaceful and happy. The teachers on this retreat will be Lp Note.

The retreat is suitable for beginners as well as previous participants who have learned Dhammakaya meditation before. The temple will provide breakfast and lunch. Most participants will have their own room, and there will be secure lockers for storing electronics. Meditation will take place in a beautiful hall, as well as outside in the forest.

This retreat focuses on meditation technique. If you prefer to join a retreat which combines meditation and Buddhist teachings on other subjects, you might consider joining the December retreat instead.
